Rates at the hotel will usually be significantly higher. Unlike other travel web sites, we always display the full booking cost including service charges and applicable government tax. In rare cases, the rates may be erroneous. In those cases, we will negotiate with the hotel and our suppliers to find the best solution. In very rare cases, we will not be able to honor the false rates and the reservation will have to be cancelled. In these cases, we will do our best to procure similar rooms at the destination at similar rates.
Room rates shown at the date and time of your booking request in currencies other than Thai Baht are for reference only and maybe subject to changes according to the current exchange rates or fluctuation quoted by ourbank.
Availability & Instant Confirmation
Most hotel reservations through our web site are confirmed immediately. At the end of the booking process you can print out the voucher and present it at the hotel upon check-in, together with an identifying document such as your passport.
In case the hotel you request is fully booked for all room types, we may recommend you an alternative hotel which matches your booking preference and criteria of price or location. This is just a suggestion from us and you are requested to accept this offer by return email to proceed with the booking booking and confirmation procedure.
Room types shown vary as per each hotel's agreement. You could choose your preferred room for a reservation, if the room is fully booked, we may offer the next tier for your consideration.
Non-Refundable Room Type
This special type of room we offer is the best rate available with conditions applied; i.e. full amount charge for cancellation. Please be well noted; when you select this room, you acknowledge and agree that Thai Hotels will charge your credit card at total amount and you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.
Booking Confirmation & Hotel Voucher
Your reservation will only be completed once you receive an email containing the booking confirmation from us. It is also a must for you to show your hotel voucher upon arrival. Sometimes there is a matter of internal communication and is a possibility that the hotel staff cannot find your booking record. Presenting them a hotel voucher would simply avoid such unpleasant experience and further annoying circumstance.
For our standard policy for any cancellation or amendment requested is 15 days or more prior to your arrival, no penalty for the cancellation or amendment.
However please be well noted that cancellation policies vary according to each hotel's terms which is different accordingly to their destinations and seasons. Our reservation team will inform you and your customer to accept the hotel's terms before proceed the booking as always.
Credit Card Security
Credit Card Charges
When you submit your payment, we will only block your total amount for the reservation you make and we will not charge any unless we receive the hotel’s confirmation letter. We will accordingly charge your credit card once we confirm the booking with the hotel and send you a hotel voucher immediately.

Thai Hotels will only block your deposit and booking fee for your room reservation as shown on your booking summary. Once we receive a conformation from the hotel, we will charge your credit card for the said deposit and booking fee. For the amount due, you are requested to pay directly to the hotel upon your arrival which the hotel may require your credit card information to guarantee the booking.
The hotel reserves the right to charge for any amendment, cancellation or no show subject to penalty fee imposed. The deposit amount will be non refundable.
Due to our office location in Chiang Mai, Thailand your credit card will be charged in Thai Bath according to our local bank currency exchange. The rates shown in displayed currency are only for your reference.
Thai Hotels shall not be liable for, or responsible for any foreign exchange rate risk (rate movements and rate fluctuations) in converting the charge amount to your local currency.
Your credit card statement will show the debit entry under Asia One Plus Co. Ltd., Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Thai Hotels is committed to provide an efficient refund procedure. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit refund. I.e. we will credit the amount charged, minus cancellation fees (if applicable), back to your credit card. Once the refund instructions have been issued to our Merchant Bank, it can take anywhere from 15-30 working days for the proceeds to show in your account.
All refund case will be deducted 10% administration fee from refund amount.
Tourist/local/city taxes which generally include the use of local services may not be included.
Tourist/local/city taxes have to paid directly to the hotel at departure request since it is a legislation of the city. City tax is not included in the rates of bookings made through www. gclubcasino gclubcasino608.avcomprojecson.com It is calculated by the hotel and we do not have any effect on it.
The check in voucher with your passport must be presented upon check-in at the hotel for check in. Only guests as stated on the The check in voucher are authorized to check in.
Early Check Out
If you should need to shorten your stay, we will refund your credit card for the unused room nights but only if that the hotel agrees to waive off all penalties to our company. Please be advised that you must cancel the unwanted room nights with us, as well as the hotel, otherwise you will not receive any refund.
If you fail to show up at the hotel and cancellation has not been received at our office and confirmed by email, no refund will be made.
Compulsory Gala Dinners
Many hotels offer a compulsory gala dinner for all guest on New Year's Eve, and possibly Christmas Eve or the Chinese New Year. This is solely a hotel policy regarding which we have no influence whatsoever. If you book direct to the hotel, the same policy will apply.
We will ask you to accept the additional charge for Gala Dinner before proceed the booking as always.
Child Policy and Meal Plan Policy
The child policy varies by hotel. Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding. In case of compulsory breakfast by the hotel, additional request such an extra bed or breakfast additional charges will have to be paid at the hotel.

Any child over the age of 12 is considered an adult by the hotel industry and rate for adult charges will be apply.
Paying in Cash
Our online reservation system is geared towards full prepayment by credit card and immediate voucher issuance. Should you wish to pay by cash upon arrival, you have to contact the hotel and make the reservation with them directly under their published rate.
Amendment of Guest Names
As per hotel's policies, the holder of the reservation (reservation lead), i.e. the person in whose name the reservation was made, cannot be changed under any circumstances. The booking will have to be cancelled and another reservation will have to be created under the new name.
The hotel may provide an adhoc price to our company, This is by the hotel policy where rates are driven by high demand. This may be caused by increased demand over weekends, trade shows or special events.
Adhoc rate will be offered to you by e-mail and booking will not proceed until we get your acceptance by e-mail.
Extending you stay
If you would like to extend your stay or increase the number of rooms, please contact our customer service team for assistance. You would find that the rates are different if you contact the hotel directly as the rates provided by Asia One Plus Co. Ltd. are special rates offered only through our website.
Methods of Payment
Pay by credit card through our secure payment system on the website. We currently accept Visa Card and Master Card.
When you submit your payment, we will only pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the sufficient funds are available for the reservation you make and we will not charge any unless we receive the hotel's confirmation letter. We will accordingly charge your credit card once we confirm the booking with the hotel and send you a hotel voucher immediately.

All bank surcharges and transfer charges your own responsibility. Please kindly acknowledge transferring the full amount without deduction for any external surcharges.
Bank transfer option is apply for booking which made at least 7 days prior to check in only for travel agency in Thailand and at least 14 days prior to check in for other.
In any refund case by bank transfer, All bank surcharges or bank fees must be paid by your own responsibility. Bank fee will deduct from the refund amount automatically.
